Highest rank will start from the earliest payment※ PHOTOCARD and INCLUSIONS- Your priority list will be followed as long as the said preferences are available.- There is no assurance of who and what are the member photocards we will get when we unseal your albums as this is randomly included. Thus, ranking the members according to your priority is essential.- Photocard or inclusions pooling is tentative and subject to change. Pooling will automatically NOT proceed when the joiners are less than four (4) albums / per version.- By choosing “Yes” and listing your preference in the pooling text box in the next section, you allow us to open your albums and exchange the photocards with the other pooling joiners. Albums are handled with care, and we will take all the inclusions back inside.- The shop will send another form via email to the pooling joiners as consideration for the changes in preference in other inclusions.※ ALBUM VERSION & PRE-ORDER BENEFIT (POB)- You will receive your albums SEALED unless joining for the inclusions pooling too.- For random version albums, please indicate your preferred version in the notes section as version pooling is not always done per group order unless otherwise stated.(8) Limits of Liability:- Damages caused by the South Korean local courier and International Courier during transit to PH.- Loss and damages caused by the local Philippine courier. Once the orders are shipped, courier mishandling is beyond our control. Rest assured that we will pack your orders properly and assist you in getting the insurance from the local courier if any problems occur (excluding Shopee checkout).Regular shipping fee rates with our partner courier are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the safety of your orders and insurance.- Missing or incomplete inclusions for sealed albums, factory, and manufacturing defects.(9) Outbox is for protection only. No poster tube = folded poster (except for SDD).- For additional safety in packaging, you can add a box to your order for P50.Items are bubble wrapped regardless if you are availing a box or not(10) SHOPEE CHECKOUT (LOCAL SHIPPING FEE ONLY)- This is not for Cash on Delivery of the items but for SHIPPING FEE purposes ONLY.- For this MOD, you will checkout the item with an amount of PHP 5-15 for each item from your order + shipping fee calculated on shopee.Example: Album (P10) + Poster Tube (P5) + Box (P5) = P20 + Shopee's declared SF.Payment for the albums must be settled on or before the deadline of payment (DOP).- In case your orders cannot fit in one pouch, we might ask for a separate checkout for your orders to ensure their safety.- One Lane is not liable for the loss and damages under shopee checkout. Q: Where can I see my order confirmation and the payment details?
A: Order confirmation is sent right away to the email provided after filling out and submitting the form. This includes the summary of your orders and payment method and details.

Q: What is my order number?
A. Order numbers are stated on the subject on the email and the content of the email.

Q: When will I receive a payment confirmation?
A. Checking of payments is done on a daily basis. You will receive a confirmation within 72 hours / 3 banking days. Do not forget to fill out the payment form after settling your payment.
No payment form = No payment confirmation
After the order and payment process, you just have to wait for your orders to arrive at the said estimated time of arrival (ETA).If you joined the pooling for photocard and inclusions or want to join the album version and POB pooling, please anticipate an email when the orders are in-transit to PH.-----Shipment updates are sent via email. Expect the following for the different modes of delivery:
- Regular and paid SF - shipping emails will be sent once your orders are shipped out. Tracking numbers are encoded on the Masterlist in line with your order number.
- SDD - schedule and location of pick up. One Lane’s warehouse is located at Brgy. Palanan, Makati City.
- SCO - checkout schedule, guidelines, and instructions.

Q: What should I do if I want to add items (album, poster tube, and box) to my order?
A: Respond to your email order confirmation for any additional or changes to your order.
Q. Can I change the version of my order?
A: Yes, changing of version is allowed as long as it is before the deadline of the order or before we secure your orders.
Q. Can I change my Mode of Delivery?
A. Yes, changing of the mode of delivery is allowed. As much as possible, message us before we pack your orders to avoid any confusion.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. Yes, kindly send us the updated shipping details by responding to your email order confirmation. Let us know in advance before we schedule a shipment to your order. The shop is not liable for any mistakes or errors caused by the buyer. Ensure the CORRECT details before submitting your order details. Double-check all the information to avoid problems in delivering your item/s.
Q: Can I combine the shipping fee for my orders?
A: Yes, a combined shipping fee is allowed for orders with the same Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Please do note shipping fees are subject to change when you combine or add orders. Combine SF is only allowed for orders with the same ETA (OR almost same / ideally, 2-3 weeks difference).
Q: How can I combine the shipment of my orders?
A: Respond to either one of your order confirmations to combine the shipment of your orders. OR type in your order number from the previous GO to the remarks section of the next order form that you will submit (different GO).

Q. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A. We only accept COD transactions through our Shopee Shop when the items are already on hand.
Q: When will my order arrive (pre-order)?
A: Most of our PH GO are under Normal ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival (2-3 weeks after shipment from South Korea).
If there will be any delays, you will be notified via email or #1LaneUpdates on Twitter. It is also stated in our T&C that there may be circumstances that might occur that are beyond our control, thus, we humbly ask for your patience. Rest assured updates are continuously posted for transparency purposes.
Q: Where can I see updates on my orders?
A: MASS UPDATE is posted every Saturday. We also post REAL-TIME updates on the Main Page of our Masterlist.
Q: Does my order have freebies?
A: Yes, freebies are given to our customers.
Q: Do you have a photocard or inclusions pooling?
A: Yes, we offer card pooling. Kindly read our Terms & Conditions #7 for more details regarding this.
Q. What is Shopee Checkout (SCO)?
A:
- Shopee checkout is for shipping purposes only. It is NOT for Cash On Delivery (COD) of your items but for the SHIPPING FEE.
- When your items arrive and are ready for shipment, you will receive a notice via email of the guidelines and procedures for your SCO.
- Please take note that the shipping fee may vary when your orders are with a poster tube and box as it should be added in checkout to declare the right fees. This is also for the courier to determine the size of the parcel and for them to accept it when they pick up your parcel.
- SCO rates may be cheaper but we still highly suggest opting for the regular shipping fee rates to have insurance for your items in case unfortunate circumstances occur. Read Terms & Conditions #10 and #11.
Q. What is Same-day delivery (SDD)?
A: Same-day delivery is a mode of delivery via Grab, Lalamove, Toktok or other couriers that offers the same service.
- Once your orders are packed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notice for the pickup details. This includes the schedule and day of pickup and address.
*Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer and rates will vary depending on your location.
PASABUY
Q: How does PASABUY works?
A:
1. Inquire about the item that you are interested in or send us a link to the item for quotation of the all-in prices.
2. After deciding, let us know if you will proceed with the pasabuy and we will send the PASABUY FORM.
3. The PASABUY ITEM's DOP is depending on the agreement but we highly recommend paying it within a week or as soon as possible so we can secure the item for you (especially for limited releases). Pasabuy items are secured upon payment.
4. After submitting the pasabuy order form, wait for the order confirmation that will be sent within 24 hours which includes your order summary, total amount, and payment details and instructions.
5. When you receive the payment confirmation, the status of your item will be updated on our Masterlist.
The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for pasabuy may vary. It will always be shipped with our upcoming or ongoing GOs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.) You will only use the details, especially the name stated on the ‘KOREAN ADDRESS DETAILS’ so we can identify that it’s for our box sharer.
2.) Arrival photo will be sent the day after your item/s arrived to our KR address.
- 1 photo for the tracking number, 1 photo for the content of the box/parcel (top photo only)
- In case that many parcels were received, we will update all the arrivals of the week by Friday night.
3.) PLEASE NOTE that we don’t do cross checking (counting of items) and provide detailed pictures because apparently this can cost more for the box sharing rates.
We want to offer you the most affordable price for ISF
4.) Rest assured that whatever arrived on our KR address, those were the items that we will ship to you.
- We highly suggest that you ask a picture from your trusted supplier instead, to check if the items are complete.
- It is highly recommended to be specific on your items.
- When the items you indicated are more than what really arrived. We should have discussion with the sharer and provide us proofs about the content of the box, (picture from your supplier if applicable) because again, we don’t do cross checking when your items arrived at our KR address. We are hoping not to encounter this kind of situation soon.
5.) No tracking form = No update on items arrived

6.) No payment form = no payment
- Please answer the payment form after settling your payment so we can update the status on our Masterlist.
7.) Weight / Quantity of the items will be rechecked in our PH address, we may issue a refund or ask for an additional payment based on the excess grams/kilograms.8.) Please pay your international shipping fee on time so we can ask for the shipment of the box immediately.
- Box shipment to PH is every Weekends.
- Box will be shipout to PH once full.
- 3 days will be given (after box is full) to settle your payment.
- ETA (estimated time of arrival) of the Box to PH is usually 3-5 weeks after shipment from KR.
9.) Limits if Liability:
- We are not liable for any incomplete items in your package as we do not offer cross checking (counting the items)
- Missing boxes/items should be cooperated by the sharer to their supplier/official websites.
